Age, Eligibility & Children’s Privacy
General-audience access, adult purchasing, children under 13, and higher future product-specific age gates.
1. General audience
The educational website is designed for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Educational browsing does not require an age gate merely because some content discusses botanicals.
2. Purchase eligibility
A purchaser must be at least 18 and legally able to contract. This baseline does not authorize a regulated product: a higher minimum age, identity verification, adult signature, or complete prohibition may apply by product and destination.
3. Children under 13
Lot & Leaf does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If the business receives actual knowledge that a child submitted information, it must investigate and delete the information where required, unless retention is legally necessary for safety or compliance.
5. False age or destination information
Submitting a false age, identity, or address or using another person to obtain a restricted product may result in cancellation, account restriction, preservation of fraud records, and other lawful action.
